Työ on monipuolinen ja illat ovat erilaisia; tehtävänä on tarjota nopeaa palvelua ja pitää tilat siistinä. Palkkaus riippuu aiemmasta kokemuksesta; ilman alan kokemusta aloitetaan saliapulaisena, kokeneempi voi työskennellä tarjoilijana ja osallistua anniskeluun. Hakijoilta toivotaan hyvää asiakaspalveluasennetta, paineensietokykyä, fyysistä jaksamista, alan aiempaa kokemusta tai hygieniapasseja etuina sekä suomen kieltä; muita kieliä luetaan eduksi. Työaika sisältää illat ja yövuorot. Tarjoamme määräaikaisen työsuhteen lokakuusta 2026 tammikuuhun 2027, kattavan perehdytyksen sekä työehtosopimuksen mukaista palkkaa (8,38–12,91 €/h Salianpulanen, tai 9,59–15,04 €/h Tarjoilija), sekä S‑Ryhmän henkilöstöetuja. Responsibilities
- Ensure quick service and maintain cleanliness of areas
- Contribute to memorable evenings with good drinks and atmosphere
- Work in a varied environment with different tasks each shift
Requirements
- Good customer service attitude
- Positive and energetic approach for customers and colleagues
- Good stress tolerance and flexibility; able to stay calm during busy times and shift changes
- Ability to perform physically demanding work with standing and lifting
- Industry experience is advantageous but not required; hygiene and serving certificates are a plus
- Must be of legal age and Finnish spoken; other languages are a plus
- Willingness to work all restaurant opening hours, including night shifts
