About the role
Senior Treasury Manager – full-time position in Nexthink's Finance department. Main contact for global banking relationships; responsibility for monthly cash forecast, cash pooling, intercompany funding, debt covenant compliance, and investment policy. Develop FX hedging program and centralized KYC; manage treasury reporting and system implementations; support M&As and financing activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in accounting or finance; 5+ years treasury experience; CPA/CTP/CFA preferred; English proficiency; advanced Excel; experience with TIS preferred. Location: Paris, France.

Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for global banking relationships; open and close bank accounts
- Produce a Monthly Cash Forecast
- Optimize bank account structure; implement global cash pooling
- Collaborate on global cash repatriation; intercompany loans and funding
- Maintain debt covenant compliance and monthly reporting
- Support financing transactions
- Establish investment policy and options for excess cash
- Establish FX hedging program; assess FX exposure
- Establish global treasury compliance program; centralized KYC
- Manage treasury reporting; support short- and long-term cash forecasts
- Automate treasury reporting; support system implementations
- Optimize bank fee structure; FX conversion; payment options
- Coordinate day-to-day cash funding and payment processing
- Support M&As and other financing activities
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5 years of corporate treasury experience
- CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred
- English proficiency
- High proficiency in Excel
- Experience with TIS preferred but not required
