Parking Inspector

We are now seeking parking inspectors for the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role provides a meaningful, diverse and autonomous workload in your own area, with work mostly performed in a fully electric company vehicle. Responsibilities include: parking surveillance in your area; ensuring compliance with parking conditions at monitoring sites; ensuring correct and clear signage in the area; guiding our customers on site; handling parking-related questions and service-related questions. The employment relationship is full-time and permanent. Work is on two shifts, with hours varying by shift and including weekend work. We use a six-month probationary period. Training provides solid competence for independent work. We value a positive, proactive attitude and strong social skills in customer service situations. Ideal candidates possess a systematic and careful approach to work, take responsibility, are honest, helpful, vigilant and make people around feel comfortable and safe. Requirements: valid B driver's license; fluent Finnish spoken and written. Preferred: prior experience in parking enforcement or other customer service roles; other language skills.
