Sales Assistant

The role is a customer-facing retail position at Sokos Seinäjoki, a department store known for fashion, cosmetics, beauty and wellbeing products. You will work in the fashion and beauty department, offering customers expert product recommendations, high-quality service and helping them find suitable items. The job includes daily tasks such as cash register operation, product displays, creating promotional campaigns, handling online store orders and using digital tools as part of modern multichannel customer service. You will guide customers to use Sokos services and the online store according to their needs. We value customer service and sales skills, enthusiasm for fashion and beauty, and a willingness to continually learn. You should be a positive team player who contributes to a good work atmosphere, takes responsibility for your own work and understands the importance of a first-class customer experience. You will be involved from the start in building Sokos Seinäjoki, with shifts that may be part-time (12–30 hours per week).
