We are looking for sales assistants to join our team at Sokos Seinäjoki, a department store that will open in the newly renovated Prisma Seinäjoki shopping centre at the end of 2026. Sokos is a store inspired by beauty, well-being, and fashion. In our fashion and beauty department, customers will find cosmetics and fashion brands, fragrances, hair care products, and everyday beauty and well-being essentials. We offer customers the season's newest arrivals, beloved favorites, and expert tips to support their style and well-being. You will enjoy providing customers with experiential and expert service, and exceed their expectations in every interaction. You love making customers happy, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products. Active selling and sharing your know-how come naturally to you. Sokos sales assistant work is diverse and, in addition to customer service, includes cash handling, merchandising, campaign creation, online order processing, and utilizing digital tools as part of a modern multichannel customer service. You will also guide customers to use Sokos services and the online store according to their needs. We hope you have customer service and sales experience, enthusiasm for fashion and beauty, and a desire to learn continuously. You are a positive team player who builds a good work atmosphere, takes responsibility for your own work, and understands the importance of exceptional customer experience. You are excited about goal-oriented work, varied tasks, and the possibility to be involved in building Sokos Seinäjoki from the ground up.
