Cleaner

We are seeking Finnish-speaking service coordinators for cleaning at health care facilities in Helsinki. This role involves meaningful work ensuring patient and staff comfort and safety by maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene, supporting smooth health care operations. Duties include: supplies cleaning (Apuvälinehuolto), operating room cleaning (Leikkaussalin siivoustyöt) with inter- and post-cleaning, health center cleaning including reception rooms and restrooms, and elderly care residence cleaning including upkeep of living spaces, making beds, potential specialized cleaning, and cleaning duties in other areas (office, dining room, corridors, social spaces). Total hires: 2-4. Employment type: Permanent, part-time. Work hours: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends; shifts 06:00–00:00. Weekly hours: 5–37.5 h. Language: Finnish (reading, speaking, understanding). Requirements: previous experience in similar tasks, cleaning training/qualification, flexibility in work times, must be of legal age, Finnish language. Training provided on-site; ability to work independently; team is supportive; supervisor available by phone. Salary: Real estate service sector collective agreement, pay grade 2 (12.59 €/h). Base pay is pr2, higher pay grades for demanding tasks (e.g., pr4 in surgical department). Pay scales depend on work; evenings and Sunday surcharges apply.
