Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead the profitable growth and global P&L performance of the Repairs business
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global Product Group team
- Define and execute the Repairs strategy in alignment with PSE and Metso strategic priorities
- Drive Service Center footprint development, capability enhancement, capacity planning and capital investments
- Lead the development and management of the Repairs portfolio, including offering development, go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales enablement, and customer value creation
- Drive operational excellence across the global Service Center network in collaboration with PSE Operations and Market Areas
- Champion a strong safety culture and accountability for service center safety performance globally
- Ensure quality management excellence and quality outcomes across Repairs operations
- Lead Repairs technical knowledge management and capability development in collaboration with Product BL engineering teams
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in industrial, services, manufacturing, mining or aggregates businesses
- Strong commercial & financial acumen
- Experience leading strategy execution, portfolio management, and operational performance improvement
- Proven ability to lead through influence and build strong partnerships across a global matrix organization
- Demonstrated success in driving growth, operational excellence, and business transformation
