Test Engineer

Are you drawn to practical work in testing environments, technical solutions, and the maritime industry? We are now seeking to hire for a permanent role in Hamina a Test Engineer to join a team that enjoys tackling technical challenges and ensuring smooth testing operations. Your tasks will include handling hardware for the testing area, coordinating testing work and ensuring progress, carrying out mechanical and electrical testing, designing, documenting and reporting test scenarios, participating in commissioning and developing the testing environment, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. We expect you to have an engineering degree (ME/MSc or similar) in mechanical, hydraulics or electrical engineering, to understand testing environments, integrations or the functioning of technical equipment, to be hands-on and capable of handling systems and coordination, to possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, good organizational and teamwork skills, fluent Finnish and the ability to work in an English-speaking work environment, and a willingness to work on site in Hamina. The salary ranges from €3500–€4500 per month; final salary depends on skill and experience.
