Cook and Restaurant Worker

We are hiring a cook and restaurant worker for the renewed Prisma Restaurant World in Seinäjoki! Prisma Restaurant World offers a range of restaurant services: Presso, Pizza & Buffa, Hesburger, Hesburger Drive In and the completely new restaurant Mestari. Mestari serves honest, approachable home-style food and classic dishes in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant world will be complemented by a large terrace area and an ice-cream kiosk in summer 2027. We are now looking for a cook and a restaurant worker for this varied operation. The open positions are fixed-term substitute roles until 31 October 2027, with part-time hours of 80–90 hours per three weeks. Versatile skills make it possible to agree on good working hours and bring pleasant variety to the work. This is fast-paced restaurant work where you can demonstrate your professional skills in a range of kitchen and restaurant duties. What we expect from you: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people for restaurant customer-service and kitchen duties. We value willingness to work across the varied stations in the restaurant world. Previous experience preparing buffet lunches, plated dishes, pizzas or hamburgers, and/or education suited to the role, is definitely an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or sales is also useful. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for and interest in the industry are important. We work as a team, so we value being a good colleague and having cooperation skills. You must be flexible about working shifts during the restaurant’s opening hours, and you must be at least 18 years old. In customer-service situations, you need to be able to communicate in Finnish.
