Housekeeper

The job is a part-time housekeeper position serving elderly or disabled clients in the Lahti area. Responsibilities include cleaning and household tasks in the client’s home with reliability and responsibility. The role allows flexible shifts; the worker can influence which shifts to take. The position includes a thorough onboarding and training, with a supervisor available. We offer a calm, supportive work environment, meaningful work, and competitive pay of 14 €/hour plus add-ons under the private social services industry collective agreement. Requirements include excellent Finnish language skills, good social skills, positive attitude, basic physical fitness, and valued cleaning industry training/experience. Long-term commitment is requested as the same worker visits the client, ensuring consistent service quality. Background checks are performed according to the Social and Health Care Supervisory Act. Salary is according to the job’s demands and includes additional allowances per the collective agreement; employment is permanent.
