Resource Child Caregiver

We are seeking a Resource Child Caregiver for Håkansböle and Trollebo daycares in Vanda, to support the Swedish-speaking service areas. The unit focuses on inclusivity, wellbeing, and children's best interests. Responsibilities include providing care and support in daily routines, aiding pedagogical teams across groups, and collaborating with multiprofessional partners to develop an inclusive culture across the unit. Requirements include good teamwork, and ability to communicate calmly and respectfully with children, colleagues, and guardians. Employment terms follow the municipal collective agreement; full-time, 38h15min/week. Salary is 2553.28 EUR/month with potential supplements based on experience.
