Receptionist

We are currently seeking a security industry professional to join our team as a front desk receptionist in Helsinki. The role involves security rounds, responding to alarms, customer service, greeting and guiding visitors, key management and other general lobby duties. Work shifts are weekdays from 07:00 to 19:00. The contract is entered into at the start of the employment and covers 60-120 hours over 3 weeks. The position is paid according to the 3rd level of pay under the Security Industry Collective Agreement. We also offer a 500 EUR signing bonus after 8 months of employment to new employees. We expect experience in the security sector, a customer-focused and professional approach, the ability to remain calm in busy and challenging situations, responsible and proactive work, and effective collaboration with diverse customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in common information systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly are required. Fluent Finnish and English are required; other languages are considered advantageous. Experience in corporate reception, access control and security systems is a plus, as is a valid security guard card. A clean criminal background and suitability for the security field are required.
