Construction Supervisor & Area Manager

We are seeking construction supervisors and area managers for Uusikaupunki for shipbuilding projects. The roles involve overseeing daily operations, managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality. The construction supervisor is responsible for daily management within their area, guiding workers and subcontractors, and collaborating with production, planning, and project management. The area manager oversees the operational execution of their region, managing a team of 10-100 people, ensuring progress, quality, scheduling, and resource management. Candidates should have experience from shipyard or shipbuilding environments, project management skills, and fluency in Finnish and English.
