HVAC Installer, Kemi Property Services Location: Kemi, Lapland Employment: Full-time (40 h/week), permanent Pay: HVAC sector collective agreement, pay class 3 (€19.48/h) + possible supplements Start: As soon as possible Working time: Weekdays Monday–Friday between 7:00 and 15:30 A glimpse of your future role As an HVAC installer, you will work at varied sites in Kemi as part of the property maintenance team. You will work mainly in the Kemi area, but the role also requires travel elsewhere in Meri-Lappi. You will be responsible for a range of HVAC maintenance, repair and installation work in different properties and customer sites. These include shops, residential properties, commercial premises, healthcare facilities and educational sites. Your workday may include annual servicing of HVAC systems, fault-finding and repairs, servicing heating and ventilation systems, pipe installations and pipework projects, as well as advising and serving customers at their sites. Depending on your skills and qualifications, your duties may also include maintenance work on sprinkler systems. What does it take to succeed in the role? Training in the HVAC field Previous experience in HVAC work Ability to work independently and responsibly Good customer service and communication skills Category B driving licence We also value experience maintaining sprinkler systems and other building services expertise.
