The activity supervisor at the Senior Home in Arabiastranden is responsible for creating a meaningful and stimulating daily life for residents, many of whom have memory disorders and require extensive care and support. You plan, organize and carry out various activities based on the elders’ wishes, interests and individual conditions. The job also includes care work. You will contribute to creating joy, community and participation in the residents’ everyday lives and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. We value creativity, flexibility, engagement and initiative. Prior experience in elder care or similar tasks is advantageous. Our working language is Swedish, but you do not need to be fluent in Swedish. The unit offers benefits and opportunities to develop professionally, including a functioning occupational health service, wellness programs, training days, and a collective agreement-based salary. Vaccination certificate and criminal-record extract are required by law for those selected for the role. Folkhälsan is a non-smoking workplace. Remote work is not offered for this position.
