Build the platform that every Relesys engineer ships on! We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our Engineering team and take ownership of the infrastructure and tooling that sits beneath everything we build and ship. You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling - designing the systems that make it safe, fast, and repeatable for product teams to deliver software. You treat the platform as a product, with developers as your customers, and you care deeply about the quality of what you build: clean Infrastructure as Code, well-designed pipelines, and a path to production that engineers actually enjoy using. If you are the kind of engineer who gets satisfaction from replacing a fragile manual process with something robust, observable, and reusable and you want the scope to do that at scale, this is your role. This is an exciting and transformative time to join Relesys, as we have gone into a strategic partnership with the Private Equity fund, Copilot Capital, where the coming years will bring extensive growth and opportunities along the way. You get a unique opportunity to make a tremendous impact in taking your career, Relesys and our dear clients to the next level over the coming years - as we say, joining a scale-up at this stage is a rare opportunity that is "once in a lifetime". Your key responsibilities include defining and evolving CI/CD pipelines and the deployment model, managing and improving Azure infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, establishing reusable templates and standards, supporting security, collaborating on quality gates, and contributing to Developer Experience tooling. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in automation and pipeline code, solid experience with Azure, and experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines. It is also beneficial if you are familiar with DORA metrics, observability tooling, and have an SRE background. We offer a
