Road Construction Worker

We are seeking skilled and independent-minded road construction workers for a fixed-term contract (12-36 months) for our client. In this role you will work closely with the excavator operator and ensure work progresses according to plans and heights. Your duties include measuring trench depths and levels with level and pipe laser, installing sewer, water and stormwater pipes and wells, using the trench compactor and manual shovelling when needed, and pulling cables and finishing works on site. We expect you to have a valid Työturvallisuus- ja Tieturva 1 card, experience reading plans and using a level, good physical condition and a proactive attitude for outdoor work, and a B-license (car ownership an advantage). Finnish language spoken skills for safety reasons are required.
