Experience with JVM-based applications; Spark is highly desirable. Understanding of data engineering and data science concepts. Communication & leadership Excellent spoken and written English; Dutch is an advantage. Strong stakeholder communication and mentoring skills. Proactive, ownership-driven and focused on quality and continuous improvement. Comfortable working on-site three days per week. Nice to have * Google Cloud certification. * Experience with serverless architectures, FinOps or developer-platform "golden paths". * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, particularly GitHub Copilot.
