Facility Cleaner

Kontiolahti municipality is hiring short-term, temporary assignments for laitoshuoltaja (facility cleaners) in cleaning services across units in the Kontiolahti municipality area, including schools, kindergartens and sports facilities. The positions vary in length according to unit needs and are suitable for people who may be on a break from studies or who want to try the role. We expect a customer-focused and enthusiastic work attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to work independently in changing environments. Finnish language skills are required; training is provided, training is seen as an asset when applicable. Your task is maintenance cleaning, either independently or alongside a current or future laitoshuoltaja. Work sites include schools, daycares and sports facilities, mostly located in the Kontiolahti and Lehmo area. Driving license or access to a personal car is preferred but not mandatory. The job is day work from 07:00 to 15:09 with some flexibility to shift between 06:00–07:00. Salary is determined by the General Municipal Employees Collective Agreement (KVETES) with a base salary of 2256.84 EUR per month plus potential experience-based allowance (3% or 8% of base salary depending on previous experience).
