We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented sales van driver for the Kajaani region for a mobile and autonomous role. This job combines driving, sales and daily customer interactions, so days are suitably varied. The position starts as a gig role with about 2–4 shifts per week at first. The number of shifts may increase in time and there is potential for a permanent contract. Responsibilities: As a sales van driver you move according to a planned route between various customer sites around Kajaani. In addition to driving, a key part of your work is selling products and serving customers. You handle product display, receiving payments and recording orders. The workday also includes loading and unloading the van and maintaining the van’s cleanliness and proper condition. You mostly work independently, but you will be trained thoroughly and get support from the rest of the team when needed. Requirements: A valid Class C driving license and willingness to work independently and responsibly. Strong customer service attitude, reliability and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds are valued. Initiative and the ability to handle daily tasks systematically. Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential; the most important thing is a motivated mindset and willingness to learn. Salary: Salary in this role follows the retail TES and hourly pay ranges from €12.07–€14.36 depending on your skills and pay grade.
