Product Manager – HVAC Insulation Materials | Meluton Oy Meluton Ab is a Finnish manufacturer of insulation solutions serving, among others, the HVAC, boating, machinery and defence industries. We are looking for a Product Manager to take responsibility for the HVAC insulation materials product area and strengthen its recognition and position in the Finnish HVAC market. You will be responsible, among other things, for Meluton Semi-vana® pipe insulation and developing the HVAC insulation materials product area. You will work especially with HVAC design offices, insulation contractors and HVAC wholesalers. You will make the technical properties, applications and benefits of our products known and bring market feedback and development ideas to Meluton’s product development. In the role: - Develop the HVAC insulation materials product area and increase awareness of the products. - Work actively with HVAC design offices, insulation contractors and wholesalers. - Present the products’ technical properties, benefits and applications to industry professionals. - Gather market feedback and development ideas and take them forward to product development. - First build a strong position in Finland; after that, the role may expand to international markets. What we expect from you: - Knowledge of the HVAC and insulation sectors, together with technical education or equivalent practical expertise. - Experience or networks in areas such as HVAC design, insulation contracting or HVAC wholesale. - A proactive, self-directed approach and a natural way of working with customers and stakeholders. - Fluent Finnish and English, and willingness to travel.
