CNC Machinist

We are seeking a motivated and responsible CNC machinist to join Componenta’s skilled and friendly work community. You will have the opportunity to work at Finland’s leading contract manufacturer in the machine tool industry, where safety, quality and continuous development are cornerstones of our operations. At Componenta’s Kurikka machining unit, we produce serial and batch-manufactured turned steel and iron cast products and related assemblies. The CNC machinist tasks will primarily involve CNC turning on lathes. We expect the candidate to have CNC turning training and/or previous CNC turning work experience, with a strong desire to develop as a professional in machining. Ability in measurement, programming and reading drawings is required; CAD/CAM experience and robotics know-how are a plus. The successful candidate is motivated, proactive and diligent, a team player with problem-solving skills and a willingness to contribute to our improvement efforts.
