Business Developer

KOSEK is seeking an enthusiastic business developer to accelerate growth for companies in the Kokkolan and Perho region. In this role you will accompany businesses at various stages—from idea to growth, development projects and ownership transitions. Your work will contribute to tangible outcomes in the regional business landscape, including advising on finances, funding and ownership changes, promoting innovations and development projects, organizing information and training events for entrepreneurs, and participating in growth-focused project work. We value someone who knows the local environment, has experience in business operations or development, and can communicate fluently in Swedish and Finnish, with English considered an asset. You should be solution-oriented, self-driven, network-oriented and genuinely interested in company success. Desirable: ability to spar companies to growth, knowledge of different business forms and supports, customer-oriented work style, and the capacity to produce reports as needed. A suitable higher education degree and work experience are appreciated.
