We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented and growth-minded salespeople for a permanent contract to join our motivating work community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you are truly contributing to protecting people’s homes, bringing peace of mind to their daily lives and, in the best case, saving lives. The demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s most highly rated modular alarm systems. Our customers’ Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, which proof of happy customers. What your day looks like in a nutshell: - Working hours: typically weekdays 13:00–21:00. You can work full-time or part-time, meaning three consecutive full workdays. - Start of the day: with your team at our sales office, you train in the different stages of the sales process under a supervisor and set daily goals. - Reaching out to customers: from the office you head to different residential areas, usually with your supervisor in tow. On-site you contact residents independently and agree on appointments at their homes, often at another time. You meet dozens of new people daily; the work is active and mobile, averaging more than 10,000 steps per day. - Meetings at customers’ homes: you sit with customers and review how our service can secure their everyday life. Listening is as important as speaking in this role. You handle sales and a separate installation team takes care of devices. - End of day: you regroup with the team to review learnings and celebrate the day. How sales work will develop your skills: sales build confidence, negotiation skills and the ability to engage with different people – skills useful in all areas of life. Every customer interaction is a chance to develop; days are varied with challenges and successes that make you a better salesperson. How we support your success: - Training and coaching: comprehensive onboarding and continuous coaching to help you become the best possible salesperson. Daily sales practice and supervisor guidance support development. You will also progress through Sector Way Academy’s five-step sales training program, which systematically guides you toward becoming a top salesperson. - Team spirit and ongoing support: although the work is autonomous, you are not alone. Your supervisor will stand beside you, helping you set ambitious goals and building a clear plan to achieve them.
