Type: Full-time, fixed term (3-6 months) Location: Maarintie 6, 02150 Espoo, hybrid Application deadline: 10.08.2026 ICEYE is looking for a **Senior Payroll Specialist** to join the Global Payroll team as an additional resource during an exciting period of growth. This is a fixed-term position for approximately 3–6 months, and we hope you can start as soon as possible. We review applications throughout the application period and will fill the position as soon as we find the right person, so we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later. **What will you be doing?** In this role, you will support global payroll operations across ICEYE's international organization, with a particular focus on Finland, one of the company's largest payroll entities. Working closely with the Senior Payroll Specialist based in Warsaw, as well as colleagues in HR and Finance and external payroll providers, you will help ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations while contributing to the continuous development of payroll processes. More specifically, your responsibilities include: - Coordinating end-to-end payroll operations across approximately 12 countries together with external payroll providers - Preparing, validating, and submitting payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing - Ensuring payroll activities comply with local legislation and internal policies - Supporting the onboarding of new legal entities and contributing to process development and automation initiatives - Partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously improve payroll operations **What makes you a great fit?** We hope you are a proactive and detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys solving problems and improving ways of working.
