We are seeking for our client company Tulityöturvallisuusvaahti for a maintenance shutdown in Tornio. Role: as a hot work guard you are responsible for safety and supervision of hot work. The work takes place on the factory premises and you are expected to follow the safety instructions for the area and have prior familiarity with the area. Shifts are 12 hours long and work is done in two shifts, day and night. The exact shift schedule will be confirmed closer to the start of the shutdown. The assignment is estimated to last 6–10 days. You must be prepared to work on weekends. Requirements: valid hot work and occupational safety card, careful and responsible work attitude, willingness to work 12-hour shifts, readiness for day and night shifts and weekend work, ability to follow factory safety rules. Experience in hot-work guarding is an advantage. We hope you have good Finnish language skills; a valid occupational safety card and hot work card are a plus. We offer professional handling of employment matters with 30 years of experience, possibility for long-term employment, diverse tasks and proper work clothes and gear.
