Building construction worker

We are looking for a proactive construction assistant for a site in Kouvola. Do you want to join a skilled work team and perform a variety of construction-support tasks? We are seeking a motivated construction assistant for full-time work in Kouvola. Duties include on-site support tasks such as site cleaning and order maintenance, clearing construction debris and materials, assisting construction professionals with other tasks as directed by supervision, and other support tasks. The work is physical and variable, so good physical condition is important. We expect you to be proactive and take initiative, have good physical condition, previous experience on construction sites is a plus but not mandatory, and you must have a valid safety card or be prepared to obtain one. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We offer employment through a reliable employer, varied tasks and a friendly work community, appropriate workwear and equipment, competitive pay according to the construction industry collective agreement, and a possibility for longer-term employment for a suitable candidate. Salary: pay is determined according to the house-building industry collective agreement and depends on your skills and experience. Salary is roughly 12.59-14.19 €/h.
