We are seeking a permanent CMM operator for a machine shop in the Oulu region for our client. The role involves measuring custom parts with a 3D coordinate measuring machine, creating measurement programs, analysing results, and reporting, as well as calibrating measuring equipment. Measurements will be performed to support daily serial production quality assurance and to approve proto- and sample-series batches. Work is day shifts on weekdays and starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Requirements include prior experience using CMMs and 3D measurements, ability to read drawings, understanding welding marks, strong technical skills, meticulous work habits, and an autonomous attitude to take on tasks independently. Beneficial but not mandatory is prior experience with measurements during prototype and product development phases and understanding ISO standards and calibration practices.
