Join Tilt Finance as Head of Credit for Brazil. Tilt is looking for an experienced analytics leader to own the Credit function for our expanding presence in Brazil. As part of our International Credit team, you will develop and iterate on risk models and credit policies that drive underwriting as a competitive advantage — and help launch innovative products that solve real customer problems. This individual will lead teams and workstreams focused on consumer behavior and needs, building solutions that ensure Tilt resiliently offers the right products. The right candidate thrives on complex challenges and leverages a diverse technical toolkit to drive impactful outcomes. This role reports to Tilt's Head of International Credit.

Responsibilities
- Own Credit Strategy for Brazil: Develop and refine credit policies for Tilt's Brazilian business
- Collaborate on Data Science: Partner with Data Science to deploy models
- Build Scalable Infrastructure: Develop frameworks to manage credit programs
- Drive Growth with Leadership: Work with leadership to build strategy and growth plans
- Share Cross-Market Learnings: Partner with international teams to identify transferable strategies
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and finance leaders
- Grow the Team: Hire analysts to staff new projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics
