- Translate business and operational needs into system requirements and deployments
- Define and implement manufacturing control, data management and other digital solutions, including procurement and deployment

- Strong experience in defining, procuring and deploying manufacturing execution systems or other mission-critical information systems
- Track record of delivering system solutions from requirement definition to production deployment
- Experience translating business needs into concrete system requirements and procurement projects
- Ability to engage with business leadership, technical experts and technology suppliers
- Strong IT background with years of experience building, implementing and developing mission-critical systems in a lead role
- Experience in designing system architectures and creating architecture diagrams
- Understanding of security and regulatory requirements in IT environments and applying them to system solutions
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Nice to have: experience in microelectronics
