Responsibilities
- Respond to accounting-related requests and provide quick, impactful responses
- Escalate issues to technical teams when needed
- Assist accountants in businesses and firms to migrate data onto Pennylane
- Create and update client support materials
- Share knowledge with colleagues and provide product feedback
- Become a product expert and identify improvement axes
- Lead projects and contribute to customer success
- Potential future moves to other teams such as account managers or implementation leads
Requirements
- Accounting education background (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
- Experience of at least 3 years in an accounting firm
- Direct work with the CEO is a plus
- Interest in innovative tools and new technologies
- Autonomy and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
- Professional English level
- Strong written communication and pedagogy for user interaction
- Ability to understand and respond to client needs and maintain good client relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the tool
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on product evolutions
