Child Day Care Worker

The role involves pedagogy planning and assessment, responsible for your own small group, and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment. Salary for full-time employees is between €2,449.58 and €2,749.79 per month, with final pay depending on experience and any role-specific or personal pay supplements. Requirements include: qualification as a child caregiver under the varhaiskasvatuksen law; ability to engage openly and professionally with all stakeholders; responsible work attitude and willingness to experiment with new methods; criminal record certificate and infectious-disease clearance as required by law.
