Lecturer in Nursing

Terveyden osaamisalue hakee hoitotyön lehtoria määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen ajalle 1.9. - 31.12.2026. The role requires a suitable higher education degree, pedagogical studies, and a basic qualification in midwifery and/or nursing. The emphasis is on strong clinical nursing, midwifery, and nursing expertise, as well as research, development and innovation skills. The successful candidate must have good self-management and pedagogical skills, especially in online and simulation pedagogy. In addition, we require development-mindedness, an independent work style, good interaction and teamwork skills, and willingness to teach in English. Experience supervising theses and TK&I/business activities is valued. We value regional networks, flexibility, innovation and active commitment to teaching development in degree programs as well as continuing education and corporate services.
