Payroll Clerk

We are currently seeking a financial administration specialist for our company for about a year to cover parental leave. The role is versatile and primarily responsible for payroll accounting including official reports. You will manage regular hourly and monthly salaries, as well as tasks related to KTA calculations, vacation and holiday accruals, holiday year calculations, and other details connected to the electrical sector collective agreement. Knowledge of the electrical and automation industry collective agreement is highly beneficial. In addition to payroll, you will handle other financial administration and project management tasks, including accounts receivable, travel and expense reimbursements, and assisting employees with software usage. Project management duties include creating projects and submitting contract notices. Our ERP environment includes Visma L7/LTR, and Visma Saima HR; experience with other ERP systems (e.g., Admicom Ultima) is a plus. We expect several years of payroll experience, a commercial education, ability to work autonomously, solid ICT skills with strong Excel capabilities, and a flexible, proactive, solution-focused mindset.
