The Payroll Technical Specialist is part of the GPS Technical Team and will work under the supervision of the Manager of the GPS Technical Team... Requirements: Advanced university degree (master's) in IT, Data Science, or related field (or Bachelor's with 2 extra years experience). Minimum 5 years (Master's) or 7 years (Bachelor's) of relevant IT experience in HCM/Payroll applications and BI reporting. Required skills: Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Oracle Cloud ERP integration, SQL, and ERP Payroll configuration. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities
- Implement technical development processes within the ERP, including business requirements documentation and application configuration
- Execute changes to the application through design, development, testing, and signoff
- Develop and maintain native ERP reports for operational needs
- Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards integrated with Oracle Cloud
- Establish secure, automated data pipelines between Oracle HCM/Payroll and Power BI
- Automate data loads using bulk scripts, HDLs, and APIs to reduce transaction process time
- Manage production incidents and provide technical and functional support for users
- Synthesize lessons learned and best practices in payroll management
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (master's) in IT, Data Science, or related field, or a bachelor's degree with an additional two years of experience
- Minimum 5 years (with master's) or 7 years (with bachelor's) of relevant IT experience in developing and supporting HCM/Payroll applications
- Extensive experience in business intelligence reporting
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling
- Proven experience in integrating Power BI with Oracle Cloud ERP (REST APIs, OTBI, or BIP)
- Proven experience with ERP Payroll configuration
- Strong SQL experience
- At least two years of ERP techno-functional experience in a large organization
