Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are now looking for an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Pilke Nallentupa in Espoo. The work starts in January 2027. Pilke Nallentupa is located in Niipperi, Espoo, in a peaceful residential area. We provide high-quality early childhood education in a homelike daycare centre, where we learn and explore new things together with an open mind. The sand field next to the daycare enables varied physical activity, and the nearby parks and forest are actively used for weekly excursions. Our days are filled with active activities that take children’s wishes into account. Time for play is set aside every day, and our arms are always open to the children. The daycare has two groups for children aged 1–5. We work in small groups and make varied use of all the daycare’s facilities and learning environments, including the outdoor area. As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you support and promote children’s growth, development and learning. You understand the contents of early childhood education plans and know how to put them into practice. You plan, assess and develop the group’s pedagogical activities and contribute to delivering high-quality pedagogy in your unit. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good interaction skills and the ability to engage genuinely with children.
