Production Worker

We are looking for energetic and motivated production workers for the Kauhava area! If you enjoy practical work, take initiative and want to help ensure smooth production, you may be the person we are looking for. There are varied production tasks on offer, where you can learn new things and work as part of a team to achieve shared goals. What does the work involve? - Operating and monitoring machinery - Packing and storage tasks - Monitoring product quality - Ensuring the production line runs smoothly What do we expect from you? - A careful and responsible approach to work - Ability to work as part of a team and follow work instructions - Readiness for physical tasks, such as lifting when required and standing for extended periods - Sufficient Finnish skills for the tasks, occupational safety instructions and communication within the work community - Initiative and willingness to learn new tasks Previous production experience is an advantage but not essential.
