We are seeking a resource childcare worker for the Swedish-speaking day care centers Håkansböle and Trollebo in Vanda. The role offers support to the pedagogical team across age groups, contributing to an inclusive, sustainable service culture where the child's best interests are central. You will collaborate with multiprofessional actors, help develop an inclusive environment, and communicate respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians. Requirements include good teamwork, and Swedish language skills. We offer a warm, supportive work community with opportunities to try new working methods and to focus on the wellbeing of both children and adults. The position is full-time in a fixed-term contract (24.08.2026–04.02.2026 or as agreed); 38 h 15 min per week. Salary: 2553,28 euro/month, with potential add-ons based on experience.
