HVAC Supervisor

ISS Palvelut Oy’s Industry & Technical Services unit provides technical maintenance, repair, and renewal services for commercial, office, and industrial properties as well as public facilities. We operate nationwide and leverage mobile tools to keep operations flexible. Our offerings include expert, environmental, and energy efficiency services, and we employ professionals from electrical, automation, refrigeration, HVAC (LVV) and air conditioning fields. We work together to ensure high-quality facility operation, good working conditions, and energy efficiency. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor for our property maintenance unit in the Helsinki area. As supervisor you will oversee the operational activities of your area, perform people management duties, and collaborate with customers. You will be responsible for the quality and financial results of maintenance services and will develop business profitably. You will lead your team in a motivating way and will also deepen customer relationships by offering solutions that meet customer needs. The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours are typically Monday–Friday 7:00–16:00, with flexibility outside these hours if needed. In special cases work may occur on weekends or nights. You will report to the Industry Head. We require at least five years of broad LVI supervisory experience and a technical higher education background (LVI technician or engineer). You must have at least two years of customer-facing experience and tendering. You should enjoy customer-facing work, have a goal-oriented and sales-minded attitude, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT and excellent Finnish language skills are essential.
