Service Supervisor

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Service Supervisor for cleaning tasks in Tyrnävä for a permanent, part-time position in a sunny team. Your duties include daily maintenance cleaning of the elderly residents’ unit, ensuring comfort and cleanliness of common areas and staff spaces, as well as weekly cleaning of residents’ rooms and ensuring daily operations run in a clean and safe environment. You will also be responsible for upkeep of cleaning textiles and equipment and for coordinating with your supervisor regarding supplies and disinfectants. Daily you will meet customers and residents’ guests, helping to create a cheerful everyday life with your sunny attitude. What we expect from you: at least 18 years old; sunny and service-minded attitude and good communication skills; flexibility to variable shifts; at least satisfactory (A2) Finnish for safety and smooth communication; prior training and/or experience is a plus. Pay (12.59 €/h) follows the cleaning and facility services collective agreement (pay grade 2). Start as soon as possible. Shifts Monday–Friday between 11:00 and 15:00, about 12.5–15 weekly hours; some days may fall on public holidays.
