Technical Project Manager

In the role of project manager at Etteplan, you work on customer projects involving software and/or hardware development, often in complex environments. Projects vary in size and nature—from larger projects with clear quality and process requirements to smaller assignments where you have significant responsibility for structure, planning, and execution. You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle: from quotation and startup to delivery and follow-up. An important part of the role is customer dialogue, where you are expected to act professionally, commercially, and solution-oriented. You lead and motivate your project team, ensure high quality in deliveries, and balance customer needs with team capabilities. The role often involves close work with customers, on-site or in hybrid setups, and you have the opportunity to contribute to projects such as new development and further development of software solutions, embedded systems, and intelligent products, where quality, traceability, and process requirements are central.
