Healthcare Assistant

Available temporary positions in elderly care facilities: Kuivelakoti, Mynämäki (as soon as possible – 30 Sept 2026); Lizeliuskoti, Mynämäki (as soon as possible – 31 Dec 2026); Katavakoti, Naantali (24 Aug 2026 – 31 Jan 2027); Moisiokoti, Nousiainen (24 Aug 2026 – 31 Dec 2026). You work in a client-centered, rehabilitative approach, performing basic care and safety tasks as well as nursing duties such as medication administration and wound care. You join a multidisciplinary team where collaboration and respect are central. The role involves varied situations where you can utilize and develop your skills. The work is on three shifts. We provide individual onboarding, and you will have a say in shift planning with supportive supervision from your supervisor. The workplace is friendly and encouraging, valuing cooperation and expertise. Requirements include being development-oriented, autonomous, good communication and collaboration skills, and willingness to work in three shifts. Proficiency in Finnish is required. Desirable are valid LOVe medicine licenses, familiarity with RAIs assessment tool, good IT skills, and experience in elderly care. The eligibility requires a professional qualification in social and health care (lähihoitaja) or an equivalent prior qualification and valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
