The restaurant Kekäle is one of Design Hotel Levin and Levi Hotel Spa’s restaurants. We are looking for a skilled and energetic floor shift supervisor for the winter season 2026-2027. The Design Hotel Levi and Levi Hotels Spa are located at the foot of Finland’s leading ski resort slopes, in Levi’s resort village, near our spa pools, and a wide range of services. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, leading the team by example, and maintaining high service levels, while also coordinating with the kitchen to guarantee a seamless service. The position includes shift management, staff guidance, and support for work shift planning, developing guest experiences, and promoting sales. You will also oversee hygiene and quality standards. The work starts in November and continues until April, with shifts mainly in the evenings and some morning shifts as needed. Minimum 90 hours/3 weeks. Requirements include prior restaurant leadership experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, a positive customer-service orientation, fluent Finnish and good English. Beneficial but not essential are alcohol service and hygiene certificates. We offer an international atmosphere, opportunities to grow, seasonal compensation (15.60€/h – 16.93€/h) or as agreed, plus the hotel staff benefits. If moving, staff housing is available with shared accommodation.
