We would especially value near-completion of your field studies and a positive attitude, proactive approach, and motivation to learn. We also value commitment to an equitable and inclusive culture in early childhood education, where every child can grow as themselves. We also emphasize meeting children and their families individually, respectfully and sensitively, along with strong teamwork, humor, and resourcefulness in daily moments. Our diverse staff benefits are available depending on the length of your employment: we promote the use of public transport with travel cards, support you in physical activity and cultural interests, and provide free physical activity groups and pool visits.
