We are Helsinki Shipyard, seeking a Project Controller to strengthen our Finance team. This role is a close partner to project management and contributes to the financial steering of shipbuilding and design projects. The Project Controller will take financial responsibility for designated projects, coordinate forecasting, monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide financial insights to Project Managers and the broader organization. The role requires collaboration across project management, production, procurement, engineering and other cost-responsible teams, with reporting to both the Project Manager and the Finance organization. The successful candidate will develop forecasting, reporting and analytics practices to support a growing international project environment, while also contributing to forming better ways of working. You should have experience in a project-driven business, preferably in the industrial sector, and strong Excel and data skills. A drive to turn data into actionable business insights and an ability to communicate across functions are essential. The position is based in our Helsinki Shipyard offices in Hietalahti with a hybrid work arrangement. The recruitment process and application deadline are noted in the posting.
