Customer Service Representative

We are seeking customer service staff for a new exhibition opening at Malmin Arena in Helsinki, on a fixed-term basis for 8 October 2026 to 31 January 2027. The role involves greeting visitors, advising and guiding them, and ensuring a smooth, warm and engaging visit. The exhibit contents are not public yet and will be discussed during interviews. The venue currently hosts LEGO Jurassic World: The Exhibition. You will interact with customers, provide assistance, and contribute to a friendly, memorable visitor experience, with emphasis on dealing with both adults and families. Work hours vary, up to 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled well in advance. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided. We value a service-minded attitude, good communication skills, initiative and energetic work style, and fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset. We offer an exciting environment within a capable, supportive team and the chance to gain valuable customer service experience. The exhibition runs from morning to late afternoon, with work on weekdays and weekends. The job requires the ability to work flexibly on all days of the week, so evening or weekend-only applicants cannot be recruited. Salary is 13.00 € per hour plus any holiday and other shifts as required by law.
