We are looking for spotters to coordinate lifting operations at a multinational construction site located in Masala, between Kirkkonummi and Espoo, Uusimaa. The role involves monitoring and participating in lifting large IV ducts and pipes, and overseeing the movements of machines and people on site to ensure safety. Prior spotter experience is not required, but experience on construction sites managing machines, lifting operations and people is advantageous. Finnish language is required, and knowledge of English or Polish is also expected for communication on the site. Work starts in March–April, with potential for long-term work if the candidate is able to travel between data centers in the Uusimaa region. Hours are extended during peak season, with overtime compensated per the collective agreement.
