We are looking for an education professional who wants to help develop the operating culture, strengthen pedagogy and support the team’s shared success. Working in small groups allows presence and meaningful influence on children’s daily life. Perhaps you will be the new Touhula member whose impact leaves a warm memory for a long future. Touhula Nättinummi – what kind of day care is it? Our movement-themed day care keeps activity in every day. We encourage children to be active through guided and self-initiated movement, with equipment available to children all day long and movement reflected in everyday environments. During the day children can build obstacle courses, participate in scooter games, practice motor skills, or hop on a trampoline indoors and outdoors. We hope you bring your pedagogical vision, courage to tackle development targets, and the ability to inspire and support the team in their work. Your task as an early years teacher is to be the pedagogical lead and enabling force in your team. You will plan and evaluate your group’s activities and process of high-quality learning in line with Touhula rhythmic pedagogical year plan. Core duties include: Pedagogical leadership: responsible for daily pedagogy, small-group activities, and building versatile and safe learning environments. Individual support: design and evaluate support measures in collaboration with multi-professional networks. Customer experience: ensure high-quality customer communication and foster a positive atmosphere that families feel. Team support: develop inclusive feedback culture and support colleagues leveraging team strengths. We take care of you because you do the most important work.
