As a housing manager, you will be responsible for the administration of housing associations and properties and for customer service. You will work with housing corporation boards and ensure that the maintenance, finances and governance of the properties are carried out with high quality and efficiency. Your duties include: administrative housing management for housing associations, preparation for board meetings, participation in meetings and drafting minutes, drafting budgets, monitoring finances and approving invoices, coordinating repair and maintenance projects, collaborating with owners, residents, contractors and other stakeholders, customer service and developing the operation of the properties.
