Cleaning Services Supervisor

We are expanding our team with a Cleaning Services Supervisor for the Satakunta region, based in Rauma. The role involves operational planning and ensuring smooth cleaning services at client sites. The candidate should be service-minded, customer-oriented and capable of organizing work efficiently, even in busy environments, with strong problem-solving skills. We expect prior supervisory experience in cleaning, supervisory duties, and successful management of customer relationships. We hope the candidate has a suitable educational degree or willingness to pursue it via an apprenticeship. Proficiency in Finnish and English and a genuine enjoyment of multicultural work environments are required. The role emphasizes strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously as a supervisor. A B-class driving license is required; owning a car is an advantage.
